The Mayden token issue experienced this morning is now stable. If you have any ongoing issues, please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you by this disruption.

- iaptus tokens system: Intermittent Availability

Unfortunately our current data centre has suffered further problems overnight which is again affecting our tokens system. Our team were alerted to a problem at midnight which then resolved, but further monitoring through the night and into this morning indicates that the intermittent issues appear to have returned. We are working with all parties and impressing the utmost importance to have the system return to normal at the earliest possible opportunity. We shall continue to provide updates as the situation progresses.

Users on N3 are not affected and will be able to access iaptus as normal.

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Due to a delay caused by an extended first phase of the migration, we are intending to enable read-only access to iaptus by 8am this morning (Saturday 17th February). From this point, you will be able to view information as usual, but you will not be able to add or edit information until full system access is restored.
