Some of you may continue to experience difficulties accessing iaptus or difficulties with connecting to the spine to verify NHS numbers. Our hosting provider has confirmed that they are investigating a problem with the HSCN network. They are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may still be able to access iaptus via remote tokens, but we have been informed that the delivery of token emails to end users may be impacted.
