We are aware of a recent issue affecting the status of SMS messages sent this morning, Wednesday 5th June for some services. These messages are displaying a status of ‘Failed to send after 3 attempts’. 

Upon initial investigation, these messages are being sent and we believe that the majority are being successfully delivered. Please note that, in some cases, these may have been sent multiple times due to the retry system and the incorrect status in the system.

We are working to update the statuses in iaptus correctly and implement a fix to prevent this from happening again.
