We advised yesterday that we are aware of an ongoing issue with SMS delivery statuses in iaptus. We have implemented a fix, which took effect at 11am this morning to ensure that all messages sent after this time will be updated with the correct status.

For all messages affected prior to 11am this morning, they are currently remaining at the ‘queued’ status. We are working on the solution to update these to the correct status and will update you as soon as this has been completed.
